Just 12 people will be joining me for a weekend away, and I wanted to start with the people who already understand what makes The Talent Table special.
We’ll have time to step away from the everyday demands of running a business and actually think. To talk through something that’s been on your mind, hear how someone else has approached a similar challenge and explore an idea you haven’t had the space to consider properly.
Sometimes someone asks you one question over lunch that stays with you for weeks. Imagine being able to pick that conversation up again over breakfast the next morning.
There will be beautiful surroundings, lovely food and wine, plenty of laughter and time to enjoy it all. But what I’m most looking forward to is seeing what comes from bringing this group together for a whole weekend.
